She Blooms In Spite wasn’t created because life was perfect. It was created because it wasn’t.

God never promised that life would be easy or that we would be spared trials and tribulations. But He did promise that He would never leave us nor forsake us.

Life will bring storms. Some arrive without warning, and some last far longer than we ever imagined. But we cannot make our home in the storm. We have to keep moving through it, trusting that even when we cannot see the other side, God is still there.

Sometimes blooming doesn’t happen after the storm has passed. Sometimes you learn to bloom while you’re still standing in the rain.

She Blooms In Spite was born from that kind of season. A season of pouring into the people I love, showing up when I was exhausted, holding on to faith through uncertainty, and realizing that the woman doing all the pouring needs to be poured into, too.

She deserves rest. Softness. Hope. Encouragement. Beauty. Joy. And she doesn’t have to wait until everything is perfect to begin finding her way back to herself.

You cannot pour from an empty cup.

So this space is for the woman rebuilding, becoming, weathering her storm and refusing to give up.

For the woman who chooses to bloom… in spite.
